Rates

July & August,October.........$1250/week.
June & September...$1,000/week.
All other months: Rent Negotiable — please contact us.
Cottage is strictly NON SMOKING and PET FREE. References required.
50% Deposit required at time of booking to hold and balance of rental plus cleaning deposit due two weeks before arrival.
$250 Cleaning deposit required , cleaning deposit to be fully refunded if left clean.
Check in at 2:00 pm. Check out at 12:00 pm.
Maximum of 6 people unless previous arragements are made.
Possible Weekend availability. Will Consider trading weeks for other areas.
